Placeholder notice: this page describes, in plain language, what actually happens on this marketing website today. It is not a substitute for review by qualified legal counsel — especially given Radio Read's healthcare context (HIPAA, state privacy law) — before this site goes live in production. This policy does not cover the Radio Read application itself (app.radioread.com), which handles PHI under separate HIPAA-specific safeguards and a Business Associate Agreement with covered clinics.
What this site is
radioread.com is our marketing website — it describes the Radio Read platform and lets prospective clinics request a demo. It does not process, store, or display any patient health information (PHI). No login, no patient data, no medical records live here.
Information we collect
When you submit the "Book a demo" form, we collect:
- Full name
- Work email address
- Clinic / organization name (optional)
We use this solely to respond to your inquiry and schedule a demo. We don't sell this information, and we don't use it for advertising retargeting.
Third parties this site relies on
This is a static site with no backend server of our own. A few third-party services are involved in making it work:
- Web3Forms — relays demo-request form submissions to our inbox by email. Your name/email/clinic pass through their service. See Web3Forms' privacy policy.
- Cloudflare — hosts this site (Cloudflare Pages) and provides bot/spam protection (Turnstile) on the demo form. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Google Fonts — loads the Roboto Flex typeface and Material Symbols icons used across the site.
Cookies
This site does not set its own tracking or analytics cookies. Cloudflare's Turnstile widget (bot-check on the demo form) may set a short-lived cookie strictly to verify you're not a bot — it is not used for tracking or advertising.
Data retention
Demo request submissions are kept only as long as needed to follow up with you, and are not retained beyond what's reasonably necessary for that purpose.
Your choices
To request that we delete information you submitted through the demo form, email us at hello@radioread.com and we'll remove it.
Children's privacy
This marketing site is intended for healthcare organizations and professionals, not children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
